problem with Vision accounting webapp connecting via Comcast

An accounting web app we use called Vision has started timing out on certain screens when connected to the internet using our Comcast Business connection, but it doesn't timeout when we use our much-slower AT&T connection.  This is a recent problem; worked fine before.  No other offices of our company are having problems with the Vision web app; they use Verizon.

Welcome JLeffler.  Sorry to hear that you  are experiencing issues with your service. The  problems you mentioned in your post can be caused by poor line quality, equipment issues and/or bandwidth utilization,  howevere line and/or equipment issues will have the same effect on all internet  activity.  In order to diagnose any Comcast related issues, a service call is necessary to verify and resolve any equipment or line issues.  We can assist with scheduling a service call or for immediate assistance the Technical Support Center @ 1-800-391-3000 can test to the business gateway and schedule a service call at a convenient time.
