Price increase

Pass along that I don't appreciate an increase in my monthly billing without notification.... the only notification I received from Comcast was the auto payment notice.... how does Comcast sleep at night?

Typically a month or two before the bill increase there will be a notice on your bill, as well as the promotional details on page 3 of your billing statement under my Xfinity plan which will tell you when your promotional rate expires. You can easily locate and view your billing statements by logging into our Xfinity app. With that being said, I would love the opportunity to help you review your account and see what has changed and how we might be able to help you with finding a new promotional rate. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
