poor customer service

I have 2 business accounts and every time Their Internet goes down the service dept gives me a date for repair that is always out 2-3 weeks... I can not continue to operate my business with such poor customer service.. I switched from ATT because of internet speed; however, they were quick to repair down services.. I will have to move all my internet and phones back to ATT if something does not change.. sincerely, Cartown Auto - Grantville, Ga 30220
