Paying for a lower speed then advertised.

Hi, Im paying for 35Mb Down and 12up. I just recently viewed your available packages and the package I have isnt even on the site anymore but 50mb Down and 10 is available. Why have I not been notified of this change? Why am I paying for a slower service then advertised?
