Patients and Partners not receiving emails
Hello,
Please help me out. I have many complaints form patients that cannot receive emails from my domain. Some can't even find it in their spam forlder. Please whitelist it it is creating many issues for our healthcare practice:

THanks for your reply. The domain was purchased by godaddy, but we are currently using Google Business Suite.

It looks like that email is hosted by Godaddy. Is that right?

Thanks for verifying. I see that the site is hosted on Google but, the Registrar is still GoDaddy. I can't say that's causing the issue but, could be a contributing factor.
You'll want to get in touch with your Domain host support to run a blacklist check. I did a quick blacklist check and found 2 errors both, affiliated with a spam system. That domain was added to the Spam and Open Relay Blocking System. There were also some warnings indicating that the DNS was out of range. This should be an easy fix with Google Business Suite Support.
