packet loss today
hi, experiencing intermittent packet loss today since this morning. also verified using ping and pingplotter to various hosts including comcast's own gateways and dns hosts. nothing's changed our network and i see no unusual activity. recycled the smc box but it didn't help.

After checking the status of our IP-Gateway, I do notice signal degradation on it.
I recommend a tech call to resolve the issue.
