Outlook not working at this location

A problem has developed on our Microsoft exchange. Its not working. We are connected to the net but keep getting messages that we can't connect to outlook Someone one please help . Or get us a phone number that we can talk to Thanks

  1. Can you log in to the webmail to use your email?
    • This is to check the health of the email account itself.
  2. Is there any error that shows when you are trying connect to exchange?
