Outages in MD

Why is it that we loose connectivity for phone & internet EVERY DAY!???

This is ridiculous, we're working, runningn out business and we get kicked out

several times a day due to outages in our area??????????????????????????????

This is unacceptable.

This keeps going on I'm going to have to switch.

(we have 5 offices with you guys and other connections that aren't so happy

with this as it seems to be a common issue for comcast business users)
