Outages everday business account.....Someone give some answeres

I have 4 lines plus internet with comcast business and wev've been having area outages just about every day for 2-3hours. Nobody at tech support or customer service can explain why, I'm fed up with this. My customers cant call our phones nor can I process credit cards with these outages. All tech support does is tell me what i already know "there is an outage in you area." Ive litterally lost thousands of dollars in revenue because customers are not able to call or pay with credit cards. Please someone at comcast figure out whats going on. My account phone number is 630-243-0070. Just take at look at the outage history.

One of the admins here should be able to get escalations to reach out to you, but you should also be asking for outage credit. I've found that when there are known issues in the area Comcast has no issues handing out credits.

Thanks Kraze, today i called about getting billing credits and whoever works in Billing doesnt have the same access to see outages that tech support sees. Billing told me that they only see 6 outges since 2014. Tech support told me that they see 20 outages just this month. So they refused to credit me unless i call every single time there is an outage and report. This whole process is rediculous. Comcast know when the services are down, how can they not see that it keeps happening daily and address it.

That's odd. While it's true that billing and tech would have different systems/access, I would expect both to be able to see known outages. Your account should also be noted when you call in about an issue(which they can see).

In a case like this, I'd recommend waiting until an admin is around to get your issue sent over to escalations. They'll be able to help you.

You also should consider getting an inexpensive DSL line as a backup.  If your a business that is losing thousands when your connectivity is down then you need to do this.  There's many routing products on the market that take a backup line and will automatically switch over.

This is what I do, myself.
