Is there anyway to track the status of an outage online? I don’t know how much more USELESS the banner on our account can be:

We got that banner TEN freaking hours ago. I called after an hour and got a status update that it’s an “unplanned outage”, but nothing else. Do I really need to call every hour to check on a status!?
