Outage refund questions

Hello!  Have a few questions--


1/ Are Comcast Business outage refunds automatic, or do I have to contact Comcast every time?


2/ We (zip code 95051) had an extended outage earlier today from 12:53AM to 2:33PM (per my gateway logs).  How can I request a refund the fastest?  My account is with the National Team

You have to call every time. Comcast put a process in place to waste your time and make it not worth your effort to recover the money you paid for service they didn't provide.

Outage for my business 

there 7-8 hrs internet and phone no working for my liquor store

loss too many credit card customers ..

comcast not agree to pay enough 

not happy 

this are happen every two month .

they need some experience technicians..

in one year 6 to 7 times outage during business hrs..
