Outage on all services on business account for over 2 weeks

We have been without service for over 2 weeks. Mainly the internet service affects our credit card machine and we cannot use it.

Website shows repair times that keep moving by 5-6 hours and agents have no information on the real problem, only what I see on the website. They cannot contact anybody for further info, which is really crazy and they are as lost as I am.

Tried to speak to a manager and of course they were not available either. Really bad.

No communication in our business is very bad. Hard to run a business if we cannot charge using credit cards.

Even worse when Comcast reps cannot look up or even contact anyone to find out more about these outages.

This is in Hollywood FL.

Let's see if somebody can look into this.

We too have been without internest service for 2 weeks.  I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone for service.  I have called multiple times but no matter what, my call is disconnected after multiple menu items.  Thyere is no way to send a message online... we are at a loss.  When we call we are told there is an outage in the area, but 2 weeks?  If it was not for the restaurant next door sharing their wifi, I dont know how we would conduct business.  Can someone please contact us for service?  This is in Livermore, CA.

Hi. That repair time keeps updating like that every 6 hours or so. At first I believed it, now I just igonre it, because it does not mean anything. I have spoken to several reps by phone and they only have the same info you pulled up. What is crazy, they tell me they can't contact an actual tech or the Dept. that is fixing this, to see what exactly is the problem, so they can tell us, if they are replacing all the cables/lines from California to Florida; this is the only way I can understand an outage taking so long. However, nobody can even do that, which is to at least find out. Craziest answer I have heard from a Rep from such a large company.

Here is the latest "Update" posted:

A service outage for Internet and TV has been reported in your area. We expect this to be resolved by 11/20/2015 at 9:56:11 AM. Really useless.
