WTF?! I had so many outages with either Internet or phone.
What's going on? I pay for Comcast for a months worth of reliable service.
Today I had a conferenjce call that I couldn't make. Very embassaring !
This is ticket number 6 six in a month!

Funny after spending 2 hrs to get thru to anyone, the CS rep on Chat told me there were no outages with phones in my area in Southeast GA/ NE FL. No wonder I cant get thru to anyone!

I am in south east Florida, fort lauderdale area with phone issues since at least noon today. The most recent ETA for a fix was just moved from 4:58 pm to 6:03 pm. Luckily its a long weekend and most of our clients have left work already.
I just wish Comcast was more forthcoming when there is a problem and not make me go through modem resets just to make sure the problem isn't with my equipment. They are aware of the outage and a just wasting my time because they have to follow a checklist.
