No phones - cannot call out - no calls in - online account locked! HELP!!!!
No phones - cannot call out - no calls in - online account locked! We are trying to run a business!!! HELP!!!! This is the only method of contact we have been able to try!!! Called using our cell phones but heading into a long holiday weekend. This is NOT good

We are out too. Located in So FL AARGH Not Good. Can't even get thru to Comcast Technical, thier line goes busy too.

see the post on the side of your screen, same issue, comcast is experiencing a major outage right now, that is all the explanation i can find.

Located in Burlingame, California. No phone or fax service for over two hours. And this is a busy cardiologist practice. Patients can not contact us. This is NO GOOD.

My business is losing 200 to 300 an hour. 12 years with verizon never a problem, 1 month Comcast, im going to have to close my doors : (

yep, that may be true, but everyone else, other offices, who share our larger office complex, and who signed up with Comcast just weeks before us ... they have everything up and running. We are the only ones out.

We are in northern California. But what really fries me in the middle of all this is that calling the supposed Business help line, I have to listen to the non-stop sales pitches between questions - and this only because I was willing to use my personal cell. No, Comcast, I am not interested in your sales and marketing at the moment when you are not even providing me with phone service!!! Your marketing people are ... [inappropriate language removed by the author]

We are having the same issue with the exception of being able to login in to our account, which does nothing anyway. I have been on hold with Comcast for almost 25 minutes now and haven't even spoken to anyone. Where are you located?

No incoming or outgoing calls since 12:50 PDT. And no fax service. Sat on hold for 20+ minutes only to get a ticket number and state that this issue was expedited due to the volume of complaints. This is a cardiologist office and our patients can not get a hold of us!

Verizon, i miss you really bad. Please take me back. After 12 years and never a problem. I promise to never leave you again. The Comcast hooker is charging my pizzaria 200 an hour.
