NO PHONE NO INTERNET

How can a Bussiness operate without phone or internet? What are we a third world country? I called comcast and they ESTIMATE some time this afternoon! I am dead in the water!

I am also without phone service and have been all day. I have listened to the "fix time" be moved from nine this morning to nine this evening with intermediate stops at two and four. If you can't fix a problem at least be honest and admit that the technicians you have hired are inadequate and you have no idea when I will receive phone service again. This is no way to run a business.

Welcome to my world. Almost once a week this happens, working fine then suddenly it's like the rug is ripped out from under you. Here I am again 10 days later out again and who knows for how long as the CS rep can tell me nothing other than it's out. It's become obnoxious at this point.

I am located in North Fort Myers and I too am without phone and internet for 2 days now! I am using the wireless from next door business to get online, called and they said by 3pm YESTERDAY!!! Here we are and I'm still down...how can I run my flooring business?? Credit cards, phone calls etc!! Calling does not seem to help, my contract is up and I am seriously thinking of switching to centurylink

I agree. We are having the same issue with our business lines. The lines have been dead since yesterday and no one at Comcast seems bothered by the issue. This appears not to be an isolated issue. This is our fourth Ticket in the past two weeks.  We are also looking at alternative providers.
