NO INTERNET CONNECTION

This is not acceptable. I have not had continuous business internet for the past 3 days. Today, Tuesday February 16 is the WORST!.  I am using my phone to work on my computer. Why I am paying Comcast to for internet service for nothing. This is a nationwide problem the Comcast keep stating has been fixed but we customers no otherwise.  Hello, this is my home office and why am I paying my cell phone company for data to use the internet for my computer????????
