No email since Saturday. 😖
Last Saturday my emails just stopped working. Now I'm being told it's going to take up 72 hours before a tier 2 can look into it. I find this unacceptable as I'm paying more to get business level support. Every day I don't have my email back I'm loosing business. I can't believe how unprofessional this. Hire more people and train them for gods sake.
