New user email is corrupt since Friday -8/22

 

So even though i was promised a call by 5 by two different people, this did not happen.  Apparently this user issue is too complicated to fix quickly.  So i deleted the user and of course,now have to wait for the address to clear.   in the past, i have had tech support clear the email so i could recreate it.  Can anybody please help me with this?

 

Having an issue adding a new user whose email will not work.  This has been escalated to second level support and i have called multiple times trying to get this resolved.  I'd recreate the user but i know darn well it wont' release the existing email address without intervention.  This should be an easy fix.  What the heck Comcast?  Please advise
