Need to Access Outage History - No Data Saved in Service Status Center

Due to a recent outage in the area on 3/8/2022, a dispute with a client arose.  We agreed to resolve the dispute with verification of the time and date of the outage, and when it was restored.  Unfortunately, the alerts on the website did not capture/provide the date of outage or when it began.  The text alerts, while showing the restore time, do not provide the date or time the outage began, and the client is not accepting screenshots of the text alert from my phone.  I checked my customer portal/account, and cannot find outage data anywhere.  I tried using the Service Status Center, but it does not capture/save any historical outage data.  I need help locating historical outage data.

Hello there, @ihsanjoint! Thanks for reaching out to the Comcast Business community forum for assistance with your service interruption history. I know how important it can be to confirm official start and end times to an interruption, and am happy to help however I can! Before moving this to a private message and looking at your particular account, have you already looked through all the ways to utilize our Status Center? I just want to make sure we don't miss any opportunity to locate what we're looking for either there or via My Account.
