Need support for Connection Pro 4g Backup. i dont think it's working correctly

Hello - we have a backup 4g device provided by comcast (AER1650-803). Comcast site says it's online "Standby" but when there's a cable outage it doesnt kick in. i also noticed the "embedded Modem" light is amber, not green.  Could we have someone check on this. I tried calling support but the phone number didnt work.

@user_1325ea - Thank you for reaching out to us with these service concerns. We were aware of an issue with internet services, investigated the cause, and have since resolved these concerns. Are you still experiencing an issue with the equipment or loss of service?

@Comcast_Sara​ Yeah the internet came back up, but i wanted to get some support on the 4g Backup internet device and make sure it's configured correctly. it's showing an amber light.

It helps but i would also like to know how it should be cabled up. is there any documentation on that?
