Need Our Business Gateway Login reset

​Called to have our static IP's activated this morning, now cannot log into the gateway, it keeps replying "Status: Incorrect login." We never changed our login from the default so a little confused what the problem is. Please reset us.​

HI PJ. The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults.

Still will not let me in at http://10.1.10.1/login.asp, says "Status: Incorrect login."

Comcast may not want it mentioned publicly, so I sent you a PM with the default login just to be sure.
