Need faster Internet to be able to do Video Conferencing for work

I'm currently a teleworker subscriber for Business Comcast. I'm currently running into bandwidth issues daily when I work from my home office. What are my options for upgrading to a faster bandwidth. I just set up my parents Comcast Xfinity Residential and they are getting double the speed below for less than what I'm paying for teleworker service.
