MySQL Connector/ ODBC Data Source Configuration - PORT 3306 BLOCKED?

Hi people, my ODBC connection worked just fine with Comcast Residential and yesterday I switched to Comcast Business and the connection failed immediately.

Is this port 3306 blocked by Comcast business at their end or on the modem?

Hello surfjabroni and welcome, The only Ports blocked on Comcast's network are these : http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/ports-blocked-on-comcast-network/ If your computer is connected to a wireless router, you may need to log into you router and port forward that port using the IP address it is using. Hope this helps you out.
