Multiple Business Internet Outages Throughout the Day

I've been having a problem for a couple weeks now. My internet will stop working for 1 to 5 minutes at a time about 30 times a day.

I have been running smoke ping from my work internet connection back to my modems static ip (I have a /29) and see the same outages on the modem that I see with my pings to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.

Two days ago comcast finally sent out a tech and he found some bad connections at the street and at the demarc at my house which fixed the signal problems they were haivng but I'm still getting the ramdom dropouts.

Today I called tech support and while my pings were not responding to 8.8.8.8 the tech was getting pings back from my modem but with very high latency.

Here's the part that kills me, Comcast can't get a tech out until Friday. The first time I finally got a tech to understand they had a tech out that day but not it'll take a week for the same problem?
