Modem down, been on hold for almost 45 minutes with support . . . can anyone at comcast help out?
Hi there,
Our cg3000dcr modem is down, the power LED is blinking green. The device seems to have reset to defaults . . . password reset to the original, not what it was changed to.
Netgear's documentation suggests this is a firmware corruption issue, but we can't seem to get anyone that can help over the phone. I am not onsite to help, but the person that is has been on hold for almost 45 minutes. Perhaps someone from comcast on the forums can help out? This is frustrating, I am not a big fan of using a public forum for problem escalation.
