I'd call the 800 number and ask for an update to be sure the appointment wasn''t cancelled or delayed for some reason.

We (one of our studios-new location) had an appointment today between 8am-10am. I was not able to pick up at the time of the call from the tech. I tried to call him back, but it went to Comcast 800 number instead of going directly to the tech. I was calling back within 5 minutes of the tech calling me. So, the tech did not go to the location and instead said "we were not there" at the location which was wrong. He did not go to the appointment due to me missing the call. If we did that with our customers we would be out of business

If this is the policy that the tech do not go to the actual location if a call is not picked up, then at least make sure the tech leaves a call back number to their phone, so we THE CUSTOMER can call them back to confirm someone is at the location instead of completely cancelling the scheduled appointment. This is affecting our BUSINESS. We MUST HAVE internet to work with OUR CUSTOMERS, and now we are hoping to get an appointment today, but......

That's just bad policy that needs to change for us, a business, YOUR CUSTOMER who happens to have over 25 accounts with Comcast. This is extremely frustrating!!
