Medical office poor constant reboots, service cutting out slow downs etc

Hi,

I don't know where to turn since no one can give me an answer.  I keep having a "refresh signal" sent to my modem, rebooting the modem etc. I have a simple setup w/ no routers or anything.  

The internet slows to a crawl, sometimes, we lose connectivity for an hour or two.   Rebooting or restarting may help but not very often. 

Our office was so embarrassed with the credit card machine, the office software, and the phones went dead.  

Customer service keeps pushing me to refresh my signal but I'm getting tired of doing this.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to help our practice?  I could get on the phone and stay on hold etc but it isn't helping.

 

The signal goes down so often I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it!

Welcome rgor. Thank you for the post.  The information provided seems to indicate an issue with the equipment  It will be necessary to schedule a service call to replace the gateway. Please let us know if you need assistance scheduling a service call.
