Massive packet loss in 94087

Unusably crappy service right now; mtr shows > 22% packet loss on Comcast's side, meanwhile the " SERVICE STATUS" indicator on https://businessclass.comcast.net/Secure/MyAccount/MyAccountHero/ shows green, even when I refresh it. Is that even hooked up to anything? Obviously not any real monitoring. Not looking forward to listening to hold music, so hoping someone will see this and pass it along before tomorrow morning.

That's pretty bad. Which is actually kind of good. Meaning it should be measurable by pretty much anyone at Comcast. Have you called them and ask them to open a ticket to level 2?
