Known Connectivity Issues for local service areas?

Where do I go to find out about known connectivity issues for a service area?   Or should I just call customer service?

To check for known outages, you can sign into My Account (https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/Home.aspx). If your services show RED, there's a known outage. If they show GREEN, you'll need to call Customer Support to get more information on serice issues.

I'm having the same issue. There's a problem in my area, but since I'm using a Business Account, I can't login to see what's going on. I wasn't able to talk to a Comcast representative either.
