issue with service outage

Due to this outage (and continous disconnection) today, we are having a serious issue with our business as we use cloud server (such as Amazon AWS) a lot for our software development as well as our scheduled job interviews (video call) with candidates.  Some of our employess just went back home because they can't do any of their works in our office. 

 

Hope you resolve this issue as soon as possible and offer us some refund.
