Is there no real support here?

Is this all it is, is just a forum? This is very cumbersome and not intuitive. I signed up for business and was told they have priority support here. I contacted the guy who sold me the service, and hes gone for the next week out of the office. They provided a second email for contact, what a surprise, they are also out for the week. Is this support a weird joke that I'm not understanding? With residential they had chats and multiple outlets to contact support. Feels like nobody wants to give out any contact information here. Anyone have an email of some kind of supervisor I can deal with?


There is a 30 day money back guarantee with this, right? Cause I feel like I will need to take advantage of that...
