Is port 5003 open?
Greetings,
Our company is trying to start using a new software but we cannot link to the server. The software custom service told us that the port 5003 needs to be open. Can you help check if it's opened by default or we need to contact our Comcast rep to change the setting? Thanks!

Welcome Chandler. All ports are open by default. It is necessary to configure the the forwarding rules on the gateway under the firewall tab.
