Is it possible to upgrade upload speed without upgrading download speed?

So I'm not really interested in faster download speeds because the basic speed is more than fast enough for my use. But I do want a faster upload speed, and I don't want to pay an enormous amount for a whole package that includes an upgrade that I don't need.

Thanks for confirming that for me! At this time, our internet upload speeds are fixed to the plan/download speeds. This is great feedback to take back to our teams, though, and let them know that this should be an option for our internet subscribers! Is there anything else I can help with today?

Thank you this answers my question. I'd like to find out the different rates since I'm considering upgrading. But as far as I understand it your max upload speed is 35mbps, which is not much of an upgrade considering it's the highest and most expensive tier.
