Is Comcast throttling Usenet Access for business customers?

When I first FINALLY got my business class internet, 100/20 working without the gateway freezing up every 10 minutes, things were pretty good.  Now, just a few weeks later, I can't seem to get a simple 20GB file off the usenet faster than 1MB/sec.  I use to be able to max out my connection and get over 11MB/sec.

What gives Comcast Business?  Are you throttling my connection now?

What DNS servers are you using? This can be the culprit.

75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76

I am on Comcast's business class service. I would have thought that the DNS should be different than the ones I was using as a residencial customer was.

What is the correct business class DNS servers, PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi dbpaladine.  Comcast does not "throttle" or limit the bandwidth/speed of Business customers, Article 2 of the Terms & Conditions address some of the possibilities related to speed fluctuations.  The DNS servers listed in you post are used by Comcast Business Services.  We have forwarded your issue to our Regional Support Center for service verification.

Thank You
