I haven't been able to contact COMCAST Business for weeks, despite having received a message to call and schedule service, and a number to call. The robot that answers the calls is not interactive. I never had a problem before with COMCAST Business. Also, although I am getting several outages a day causing me to lose work, my internet is not currently down, although the website and phone robot says it is. Is someone responsible for this or is it caused by other circumstances? maybe you could address the frequent outages and lack of pertinent support for your customers on your website and let us know that you acknowledge that something is wrong. Please?
