IPv4 not working, but IPv6 is
Hi, I'm experiencing issues with internet connectivity. I noticed I am able to connect to IPv6 addresses online, but not IPv4. I suspect this issue might be caused by my removing my static IP after getting a new Comcast Business contract at a new address, but using the old modem from my prior contract with the static IP still on it.
The IPv4 of the modem is 50.247.103.74
WAN Internet IP Address 50.247.103.74
Static IP Block 50.247.103.72/30

Resolved the issue by calling Comcast and getting the static IP replaced with a dynamic IP. Factory reset could've also worked!
