Hi, @user_55a1b6. Thanks for reaching out. Can you give me more details on what you are experiencing and what you have done for troublehsooting? Have you checked the My Account app for an official interruption in your area?
The internet is not connecting. I have logged into my comcast business account and tried trouble shooting it that way but it said that it’s not able to be trouble shooted. This is the second time within the last couple of weeks that I’ve had to do this. I did checked for interruptions and it said there were none.
