Internet Pauses

We have Business Internet from Comcast.  From time to time throughout the day, it freezes for a brief period of time.  The Internet is not a huge deal, but we also have a hosted phone service that will drop calls when this happens.  It happened yesterday 3 times in 20 minutes and didn't happen the rest of the day.  

Are there logs that we can use to find out what  what might be causing this issue?
