Internet outages on a almost daily basis
We have been experiencing almost daily internet outages for over three months now, despite having replaced the Comcast modem and using our own SB8200. These outages can last for as little as 5 minutes or sometimes even hours, and restarting the modem does not seem to help. Whenever we contact tech support level one, they always seem to blame our equipment, and the problem often resolves itself and our ticket is closed.
Upon looking at our modem logs, I noticed that there are lots of T3 timeouts and some fairly high error rates. Based on my observations, I am quite certain that the issue is with the cable or something on the local telco pole causing interference. However, I am having difficulty getting through to a Comcast technician who can schedule a repair of the cable.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
