Internet outages and intermittant connection to cloud server
Our firewall is experiencing consistant issues connecting to a Cisco Meraki cloud server. The firewall send a keepalive to this server every 10 seconds, and if it is unable to communicate 6 times it is marked as disconnected. It is marked as disconnected at least once every two hours and then is suddenly able to communicate with it again. It communicates on UDP port 9350 and as this port is open on our firewall Meraki believe the issue must lie somewhere upstream, i.e. the ISP.
We are also experiencing complete internet outages for 5-10 minutes at a time, although this is infrequent.
Is this an issue with the Technicolor router provided? A problem with the internet in the area?

Hmm it could be a device issue but I'd be glad to check on the account and area too, just to make sure. Please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and I can check on the upstream signals too.
