Internet issue (comcast says they dont have an ETA for fix)

Ok,

So here at our business we have comcast and all was working great for a few years.  Until over a few months ago.  We started to experience disconnecting service, or dropped service.  It was on and off, some times it was fine and then nothing.  We had comcast come out and check everything.  The first time they said it was a line issue,  issue was still there.  Then they came out again and changed the connectors.  Still having issue.  Comcast came out again and this time i was told the issue is down the road and when they get out there to fix the issue, the issue disappears and they can see where the issue is, so they dont have an ETA when this will be fixed?  WHAT THE.....!  It has been over 3 months since i was told that, and we are still having issues.   This is ridiculous.

If you get your issue resolve let me know who at comcast you contacted that was able to fix the issue.

I have been having the same issue for the last 2 month.

What fixed the issue?  Having issues of slowness, high ping, latency, lost packets.
