Internet Connectivity

Hell all, I hope you are all well.  We are not well, at least with communications.

Our internet service has been down since 3/31/2015.   And this after being

down nearly all of January.

 

Please, have someone or something help resolve this issue for MagoHart Management.  We only have

one employee and this has hindered our work to access the secure sites needed

to do our work.

 

I have tried to contact the business office on 3/31/2015, after speaking with them we

were up for a few hours.  We went down again at 1700.  We tried to call back

but our telephone service was down as well.

 

I went onto a chat session but only residential service chat is available.  We begged them

to contact Business Support, but they said they are in the Phillipines and cannot help

us.  I also went onto Facebook and Twitter there has been no response to our plee for help.

 

Please, have someone turn on our internet service at your earliest conveinience.  And revise

my bill accordingly so that I am not charged and penalized for this issue.

Receive a message to activate service with credentials.

After entering the credentials for MagoHart on the Comcast website as instructed,

a message is received.  Message received rejects the credentials of MagoHart.

 

No internet service via the 2.4Ghz wifi adapter.

After opening a browser window, screen appears requesting credentials of

MagoHart management to activate.  Credentials entered and rejected by

Comcast/Xfinity .

 

 

No internet service via the 5Ghz wifi adapter.

 

After opening a broswer window, Comcast/Xfinity activation screen appears.

requesting credentilas to activate services.

Credentials entered and rejected again by Comcast/xfinity.

 

 

Unsecure Internet service via the Business Gateway hotspot Xfinity.

After opening a browser window.  Comcast/Xfinity window appears requesting credentials

of its business customers.  Credentials accepted.

Received communications from Business Technical support they suggest it is because of billing.  In the process of pulling reports and archiving.
