Internet Connectivity Issue
This issue happens at night after business hours. The internet gets disconnected for few seconds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Comcast tech replaced the modem, the issue persists. Comcast’s account manager suggested increasing the speed. Speed has been increased but the issue persists.
The loss of connectivity causes our end of day batch report not to close (11:59PM). All other computers and devises get disconnected and require manual connection to LAN.
Anyone else facing similar issue?
