Intermittent service degredation

Seeing as there doesn't seem to be actual ticketing system for this 'business class' service I'm posting here.   I'm in San Francisco (Diamond Heights) and for the last 6 weeks or so my Cable Internet service has had intermittent connectivity issues that have been maddening to troubleshoot.   Its only noticable when streaming over the top video services such as Amazon instant video or netflix,  basically streams tend to hang at least once an hour and require restarting the stream entirely, often after a couple minute wait.  Basic ping and traceroute testing doesn't seem to reveal much but its not going away.   Is there any way to get someone to test to my equipment or take a look at any performance management data to see if there is any obvious issue?  Its quite frustrating.

Also, I've long ago lost the initial paperwork for the account and I'm trying to find out how many IP addresses are associated with the account.  I seem to recall that all that information used to be accessible on the website but its been so massive dumbed down that I can't find it or its not there.  Can I get either a pointer to where it is on the website or the details emailed to the email account on file for my account?

Thanks,

Hello Paulie,

Welcome to the forum.

Based on your description this appears to be possible signal degradation.

But in order for us to properly diagnosis these please send me a private message with your account information.

The information I would need will be your account number and the mac address of the IP-Gateway.

Thank you
