Intermittent Internet stoppages
I seems each week that there is an intermittent outage with the Comcast Business service. We have been experiencing these problems for more than a couple months (all after upgrades and modem replacement with upgrade). Now we monitor both the internal external connections to see where the problem has been coming from and since this monitoring (about 2 weeks ago), we have pin pointed the issue to the external (Comcast) connection.
First there is no easy way to start a trouble ticket with Comcast - mostly if a problem to reboot the modem. Been down this road many times but not solving the root problem. That reboot solution is not solving anything.
Here is what we have seen in the past week and a piece:

What does a Small Business User have to do to get a greater examination of why this problem keeps happening?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your business internet service issues. I know how frustrating and impactful an intermittent connection can be to your business.
