Intermittent Connectivity Issues in Boston

We are experiencing connectivity up/connectivity down issues at our location in the Financial District in Boston. Is there any estimate of when this issue may be resolved. Our business requires a solid internet connection to operate and it is just not available at this time. The over the technician who I waited 45 minutes for could only tell me that there was a problem and that it may be fixed in a few hours. I already knew all of that. Is there any way to get more up to date information about this problem and when we will have a reliable connection again.
