Integrating Xfinity Cameras onto Business Account

My Xfinity services are not in active status and I'm also with Comcast Business which are actually the same entity. I am relying on to Comcast Business alone to help me find a foundation to use my cameras on so that I can monitor my business with instead of having to possibly depend on some other provider for that specific service. Does anyone have an idea to help me resolve this situation? In addition, I just purchased a static IP address that is supposed to help me out with monitoring my business. Is there anything else I might need in order to get it done? Please help if possible.

Hi, @bryanfarve83! Thank you for reaching out to our community forums for assistance. From what I'm understanding, you'd like to use your Xfinity Home service at your business address? Is Comcast Business the only service you currently have active?

@Comcast_Bianca  I am simply wanting to take my Xfinity cameras and use them still eventhough the only 2 cams that I am currently renting, I want them to be used to monitor my business using my static IP address with Comcast business account. Is that something that can be done?

It would be my pleasure to dig in on this and find out the specifics.

Please send us a private message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
