Infinity Public WiFi

My local starbucks has a poor connection, but I recently logged into Infinity's WiFi with my comcast email and password at the same location. It just happens to be witin range. That was with my tablet, though, and when I try to use the same login with my laptop, it doesn't authorize. Does anyone have a solution in mind?
