im switching internet provider, comcast is failing
My wifi been acting up for the past TWO weeks, i had two techs come in to tell me the same bull. Today i had one tech that told me that i had to wait for maintance to fix the problem. Well is been 2 weeks. Still doesnt explain why any of my devices cant connect to my wifi at all. My internet is slow now. My main device is a sony ps4 is has the the ethernet cable and i still lag. so? should i switch over or what comcast

Just to clarify, you do have Comcast Business class service? This is the forum for Comcast Business, not regular (Xfinity) service
