I would like to cancel my service.

I'd like to cancel my service, and I don't need a special deal or anything, I'd just like to cancel my service.

What's the quickest way to do that?

So, Comcast, given that "due to a third party issue", your customer phone support is not working, how do you suggest that I go about cancelling my service?  I have emailed my business sales rep last week, but have not received a reply.  Please advise.

Hello @kimdotp and thank you for your post. The (800) 391-3000 phone number should be working so you can be able to get some help with a live agent to help with closing your business account. Thank you for your patience and understanding that the only way to close your account is via the phone.
